ship daily Monday - Friday.
Method of Payment
Orders received early in the business day, except for production items
as in polyfoam, are usually shipped
the same day with payment in the following methods: Visa,
Mastercard, Discover,
American Express, or
money order.
Payment received in the form of a personal or business check,
shipping is 10 days after receiving the check.

Refund
/ Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy applies
from the time the product is placed on the carrier’s truck.
100% Customer Satisfaction has been our goal since
Gary’s Upholstery was established in 1970. Therefore, if you
are not completely satisfied with our products Contact
Us within 30 days from the purchase date for our consideration
of either a refund or exchange. Customers will be responsible for
the original shipping and handling cost as well as the shipping
expense for the return.
There are no Refunds, Exchanges or
Credits for cut yardage pieces less than 5 yard cuts. (Example fabric,
vinyl, etc). Please verify before you order that the product is
what you want. This can be done by by ordering free samples of most
of our cut yardage products.
All returned merchandise must be in resalable
condition at the time we receive it for refund or exchange consideration.
Customers are responsible for the carrier’s treatment of returned
products.
In addition, there is a 10% restocking
fee based on the product price for returned and exchanged merchandise.
The 10% restocking charge does not apply to returned
products that are either defective or in the unlikely event we have
shipped the incorrect product to the customer.
The exception to the above policy is a production
item such as poly foam, or re-finished furniture legs. Refunds and
exchanges are not applicable to these products unless the product
is defective or we have shipped the incorrect product.
There are no refunds or exchanges once
a product has been cut into or altered in any way. Please verify
your order is correct before cutting or altering our products.

If you would like to figure your shipping rate prior
to placing an order, figure your rate from the Shipping
Chart and add in the handling fee.
